Terms of Submission (TOS) for Music Submissions

By submitting your music to Songwriters and Producers for sync licensing consideration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Copyright
- You affirm that you are the rightful owner or have the legal right to submit the music.
- All submitted music must be properly registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or the appropriate copyright authority in your country.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your music is fully protected under copyright law prior to submission.

2. Performance Rights Organization (PRO) Registration
- All submitted music must be registered with a recognized Performance Rights Organization (PRO) such as SESAC, BMI, ASCAP, or an equivalent organization.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your music is properly registered with a PRO before submission.

3. Indemnification & Liability
- You agree to hold Songwriters and Producers, its affiliates, representatives, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the submission, use, or placement of your music.
- Songwriters and Producers does not claim ownership of your music and is not responsible for registering, copyrighting, or tracking royalties for your submissions.

4. Submission Does Not Guarantee Placement**
- Submission of music does not guarantee selection, placement, or any financial compensation.
- Our team reserves the right to decline submissions for any reason.

5. Agreement to Terms
- By submitting your music, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Submission.
- If you do not agree with these terms, do not submit your music.
