Release

I, The Below Signed, agree to be featured in Songwriters & Producers advertising and marketing, in print, web and other media in whole or in part.  I grant to Songwriters & Producers the irrevocable worldwide and royalty-free right to use my name, likeness and/or image in the same or substantially similar form, and any reprints or reproductions, in any media.  I understand that I will not be provided the opportunity to review final marketing and advertising material containing my name, likeness and/or image prior to dissemination and that this document creates no obligation on behalf of Songwriters & Producers to use my name, likeness and/or image in advertising or marketing.  I agree that any video or photographs containing my name, likeness and/or image will remain the property of Songwriters & Producers for their future use in advertising, marketing, media relations, and other promotional activities at Songwriters & Producers sole discretion. I confirm that I have no material connection to or interest in Songwriters & Producers.  I hereby release Songwriters & Producers, its officers, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates and any other persons involved in obtaining or using the video or photographs containing my name, likeness and/or image from any and all liability which may or could arise from the taking or use of such video or photographs.
