- If I worked on this track (collaborated) with a friend, they are fully aware that I legally own 100% of the material.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT covers, "interpretations" or performances of any material, (classical or jazz pieces included).
- The tracks I am uploading have not been engaged in any previous agreement of any kind
- I understand that pitching material to this exclusive license offer that was previously used, to an exclusive or non-exclusive sync offer is fraudulent, and I am liable for any lawsuit that were to occur should I pitch anything fraudulently. We are not liable for any copyright infringement that could occur regarding the musical assets I am pitching.
- If I land a placement with Songwriters and Producers, I am in full compliance and agree to the terms of the deal laid out within the stated opportunity regarding usage, and budget on Songwriter and Producers. I will not re-negotiate, or renege my music should I land a placement. I have pre-approved the terms of the deal laid out within the opportunity stated on SongwriterandProducers.com. I have full understanding of the opportunity’s details, and am committing myself to being available to our team to swiftly provide the needed musical assets should I land a placement with their respective client.
