- The tracks I am pitching are unreleased, and are subsequently - unavailable on Spotify, Apple, Youtube, or any other streaming platform.
- I am the writer & producer of the tracks I am pitching. I own 100% of the Master & Publishing, and have full jurisdiction to pitch these tracks. If I have a co-writer, they have given me permission to do this, and I will pay them their allotted amount, after I am paid should I land a placement.
- I am registered with a P.R.O. in my native country as a writer.
- I am uploading are NOT registered with a P.R.O.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT owned by a 3rd party label.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT owned by a 3rd party publishing group.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT registered with Youtube Content ID.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT registered with Google Play.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT remixes.
- The tracks I am pitching have NEVER been licensed before in Sync.
- The tracks I am pitching have NEVER been bought through my own, or any other “beat store.”
- The songs I am pitching do not have “Producer Tags.”
- If these tracks are currently on my beat store, and have NOT BEEN PURCHASED/LICENSED BEFORE, I agree to take them off within 24 hours of notification if I were to land a placement
- If I worked on this track (collaborated) with a friend, they are fully aware that I legally own 100% of the material.
- The tracks I am pitching are NOT covers, "interpretations" or performances of any material, (classical or jazz pieces included).
- The tracks I am uploading have not been engaged in any previous agreement of any kind
- I understand that pitching material to this exclusive license offer that was previously used, to an exclusive or non-exclusive sync offer is fraudulent, and I am liable for any lawsuit that were to occur should I pitch anything fraudulently. We are not liable for any copyright infringement that could occur regarding the musical assets I am pitching.
- If I land a placement with Songwriters and Producers, I am in full compliance and agree to the terms of the deal laid out within the stated opportunity regarding usage, and budget on Songwriter and Producers. I will not re-negotiate, or renege my music should I land a placement. I have pre-approved the terms of the deal laid out within the opportunity stated on SongwriterandProducers.com. I have full understanding of the opportunity’s details, and am committing myself to being available to our team to swiftly provide the needed musical assets should I land a placement with their respective client.
- I acknowledge that this submission will remain in the Songwriters And Producers catalog unless it is either removed, or the track is landed.
